Earnshaws have operated a sawmill at Midgley for over 100 years so we know all about timber and sawmilling.

Round logs are graded and peeled before entering the sawmill.
You can buy the bark at the Fencing Centre, it makes an excellent weed barrier for the garden.

Our computerised saw then cuts the logs to the required sections.

The timber is then pressure treated in house to ensure our fencing looks good for years to come.

Our in-house joiners can make all the gates, benches and bespoke products you could require.

Our own panel makers hand build the Earnshaw panels from sorted timber, pressure treated to ensure a long life.

Our sawmill at Brigg can also supply a wide variety of English hardwood for fencing, beams or structural work. Sizes up to 7.5m long.
